It's flexible, soft-padded and seems like it has a wire inside to keep the shape you bend it to.
About 32 inches long, a tad over 1/2 inch diameter.
I want to know what it's called so I can try to buy more.
Googling 'flexible padded wire' got me in quite a wrong direction!
